Series Description: This series documents the development, programming, and maintenance of the Hanford Mortality (HMO) database file. Record types include computer-generated reports, electronic mail messages, and correspondence. Also included are a handwritten document, titled Documentation of Computer Program for Analysis of Hanford Mortality Data, which explains some of the programming data; and a database maintenance file, titled HMO88, which lists employee names, social security numbers, and vital statuses.
