Series Description: This series includes codes used to track Goodtime Study data and a blank copy of the Goodtime Study Alcohol, Tobacco, and Exercise Data Abstract form. Also included are computer-generated reports of individuals not accounted for in the study. These reports contain employee names, sex, social security numbers, and work status.
