Series Description: This series consists of monthly reports, created by Hanford's Medical Department, which provide daily entries indicating the total number of employees of each subcontractor who visited the medical department. Also indicated are the number of pre-employment, subcontractor, recheck, interval recheck, termination, and transfer physicals which were conducted each month.
