System entries have data fields for system entry dates; batch, building, and room numbers; functional areas (e.g., hallway and roof); specific locations (e.g., pipes and ducts); reference [sample] numbers; [sample] types; percentage asbestos; conditions; exposed surface dimensions; and Industrial Hygiene's recommendations.
