Series Description: Product/Process Change Authorizations document revisions to processes, equipment, and components. The forms include product and Process Operation Sheet numbers, requestor names, reasons for the change requests, whether changes were permanent or temporary, approval signatures, incorporation instructions, materials dispositions, and applicable War Reserve program numbers. Some of the changes required approval by other facilities, so approval correspondence from Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory (now Los Alamos National Laboratory), Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, Sandia Laboratory (now Sandia National Laboratories), and the University of California are also part of this series.
