Series Description: This series consists of Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) employee lists generated from the Employee Information System (EIS) and health physics (HP) databases. EIS database records include reports located in Cabinet 6, Shelf 2, which provide employee names, social security numbers, birthdates, sex, race, spouses' names, hire dates, and Z numbers.

Records on Shelf 5 include computer-generated reports of combined data from the EIS and HP databases. A report generated from disk pack number B206, file LAPRHP.SAB, lists social security numbers, names, and birthdates for 21,441 LANL employees. The data on this report are arranged alphabetically by employee name. A second report, printed from disk pack number B308, files REYES.D1T and REYES.D2T, lists LANL employees from 1964 through 1980 and includes employee names, social security and Z numbers, birthdates, sex, ethnic codes, marital status, and termination dates. The data in this report are sorted chronologically by year, thereafter alphabetically by employee name. A third report, generated from disk pack number 309, file REYES.D2T, lists employee Z and social security numbers, names, birthdates, sex, marital status, ethnic codes, spouses' names, employers, nationalities, organization names, job locations, hire and termination dates, pay grades, educational backgrounds, job titles, and supervisors' names. The data in this report are sorted numerically by Z numbers.

Three additional employee lists from the EIS and HP databases are found on Shelf 6. Generated from electronic files LAEISS.SAB, LAPRHP, and LAPRHP.DUP, these lists provide employee names, social security numbers, birthdates, and data sources. The report from file LAEISS.SAB covers the period from 1964-1980. Data from file LAPRHP are arranged alphabetically, whereas data from LAPRHP.DUP are sorted numerically by social security number.
