The series includes: a list of Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) employees by social security numbers from database file LASSN.SRT, dated 1980; a list of LANL employees as of March 1984, with employee birthdates and name changes noted; a report, titled H-14 File and dated July 1981, which lists employee names, Z numbers, social security numbers, birthdates, and hire and termination dates; a report, titled LA People and dated November 1984, which provides employee names, identification numbers, and department codes; two copies of Epidemiology Data for H-14 - AADP-People, dated April 1983, which list employee Z numbers, names, social security numbers, job titles, ethnic backgrounds, sex, and birthdates; a bound volume, titled Complete Los Alamos Roster - LARost.CMP and dated August 1982, which provides employee social security numbers, names, and work location codes; Los Alamos Internal Consistency Check, dated September 1983, which provides employee names, social security numbers, sex, race, educational backgrounds, birthplaces, hire and termination dates, beginning and ending job titles, and Z numbers; Los Alamos Data Base Information, dated September 1983, which includes employee names, sex, departments, and hire dates; Los Alamos Sample Edits, dated December 1982, which indicate employee names and study numbers; and Los Alamos Tidbits - Rosterck.LA, dated 1983, which lists employee names, birthdates, hire and termination dates, sex, and department names. This record series also contains computer-generated reports, titled LA.Edit and dated 1983, which were used to check database information.
