Each sheet contains information on the site, data custodian, employer, records system title and function, physical form of record, data description and variables, and date of inventory. Also included in the series are interview notes, a policies and procedures manual for the Medical Division, sample forms, Department of Energy prefix and organizational codes, copies of documents, memoranda related to the inventory, employee status codes, and reference information. One of the two binders contains rough drafts of the inventory sheets, and the other contains the final inventory. Two sheets of microfiche are also included in this series. One fiche contains information on the external exposure to radiation received by visitors to Rocky Flats between 1957 and 1964. Each record lists visitor name, the department visited, and readings for the total body penetrating exposure received. The second fiche contains readings from dosimeters assigned to visitors at Rocky Flats, dated 1971. Included on the fiche are reading dates, employer names and addresses, visitors' names and social security numbers, and total body penetrating exposure readings. Data Elements: 7-8, 62 |
