There are four types of records in this series. The first type includes records from a February 1983 search of Ohio motor vehicle records. Included are employee names, social security numbers, birthdates, sex, and current addresses for those employees located in the search. The second type is a list of Monsanto Chemical Corporation employees at Mound from November 1973, which includes employee names, addresses, and telephone numbers. The third type are records documenting attempts to locate former Mound employees by telephone. These include employee record cards, which provide employee names, telephone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, previous employers, education data, birthdates, marital status, religions, and hire and termination dates. The fourth type consists of correspondence and information related to the Epidemiology Section's attempts to locate copies of death certificates.
