The reports are as follows: Mound Mancuso, dated September 1982, which provides employee social security numbers, names, job titles, and work locations; two reports, titled Mound Database and dated May and July 1983 respectively, which contain employee names, social security numbers, birthdates, hire and termination dates, sex, and race; Mound Occupational History List, dated October 1981, which indicates employee names, identification and social security numbers, sex, hire dates, job titles, and death dates; Mound People, dated August 1983, which pertains to active and terminated employees and includes employee health physics numbers, names, social security numbers, hire and termination dates, and birthdates; Mound List, dated November 1982, which provides employee names, identification numbers, study numbers, and hire and termination dates; a list of all terminated Mound/DOE Health Physics employees, dated June 1978, which gives employee names, identification and social security numbers, hire and termination dates, and birthdates; a list, titled Mound Plutonium Active Employees and dated September 1980, which indicates employee names, health physics numbers, sex, and ethnic backgrounds; an undated list, titled Social Security Number Order, which includes employee social security numbers, names, and work locations; and SSA Study, dated May 1981, which provides overall male and female mortality rates by work groups. The series also contains a report titled Rochester File Records for Monsanto Chemical Company, Unit III and dated June 1990. This report provides employee names and identification numbers. Also included are two system logs. The first log, dated 1981, contains a computer-generated report of data in COBOL. The second log, dated 1982, contains information on fields used in exposure reports.
