Series Description: This series contains documentation relating to a project which explored the relationship between Hanford worker lifestyles and occupational injuries. Personal identifiers listed in the records include social security numbers, payroll numbers, names, and heights. The forms consist of data concerning employee smoking, drinking, and exercise habits, all of which were abstracted from comprehensive medical histories. Also included are uranium exposure records, which provide sample dates, volumes, types, and results (in unspecified units); analysis codes and types; and data regarding internal radionuclide depositions.
