Series Description: This series consists of sign-in sheets
completed by employees entering radiation-controlled areas to perform work
previously authorized and defined by special radiation work permits. They are
also called "Standing RWP's." Information includes employee name,
social security number, and department, skill, location and purpose of work,
duration of work, previous bioassay information, fastscan results, and an
indication of the worker having received radiation training and being qualified
for use of respirators.
