Series Description: This record series contains accident, illness, and injury reports regarding construction, contractor, and operations employees. These reports, along with detailed monthly summaries, are required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to document these events. Reports document three categories of accidents or injuries: 1) on the job and off the job; 2) reportable and nonreportable to OSHA; and 3) vehicular accidents. Data provides the name and job title of the injured employee; date, cause, and location of injury; description of treatment; and work restrictions imposed on the employee.
