System Description: This system is a records management database and serves as a finding aid to the hardcopy records of the Radiological Control and Health Physics (RCHP) Department. Information is entered manually from hardcopy RCHP records. Although output may be viewed on the computer screen, hardcopy reports may be generated from the system. Personnel information kept in the system includes employee last name and initials, social security number, passport number, birthdate, sex, hire and termination dates, and countries of residence. Other information includes file type (e.g., hardfile, microfilm, or microfiche), record status, box number, date of shipment to records management, file folder label date, passport number label, and comments.
