Disposition Authority: Unscheduled System Description: This system is used to store and retrieve medical data regarding former and current Savannah River Site employees, record daily schedules, route patients, perform quantitative analysis, report internal statistics, and provide epidemiologic information. Inputs to this system include data from the Human Resources Database, Confidential Health History, Confidential Internal Health History, and Physical Examination. Information includes histories of health, disease, and disability, as well as results of physical examinations, laboratory tests, X-rays, and diagnostic evaluations of vision, hearing, lung capacity, and cardiac function. Records are sent to remote medical department offices across the site through a records tracking system, which also provides dates for upcoming physical examinations and other diagnostic evaluations. Through the Medical Information System Instrument Interface, Medical Department staff input test results taken from instruments during the procedure. Outputs of this system are the Test Results Summary Printout and the locations of medical records. Data Elements: 7-8, 16-17, 20, 35, 37-38, 40, 42, 44-45, 47 |
