Series Description: This series consists of forms used to
report bioassay test results for americium, curium, lead, mercury, neptunium,
plutonium, tritium, uranium and enriched uranium, and induced fission products
activity. Information includes employee name, badge number, volume in
milliliters, bottle date, analysis date, department, date and time of exposure,
length of exposure, special work permit or DuPont Standard Operating Log number,
exposure location, date sample started, analysis request, requestor's name,
date, reason for request, results, date received, and analyst. Results are
given in micrograms per liter, nanocuries per 1.5 liters, and disintegrations
per minute per liter.
