Series Description: This series contains daily calibration
records of audiometers and spirometers. Audiometer records include graphs of
audiometric frequencies. Series also includes results of hearing examinations
of personnel, reported in decibels for each ear. Results provide employee name,
social security and personnel identification numbers, date of birth, and sex.
