Series Description: This series consists primarily of internal memoranda, health and safety evaluations, sample forms, laboratory analyses, air sample worksheets, building inspection reports, incident reports, and safety surveys created by Industrial Hygiene. Among the subjects addressed in the records are the monitoring of noise levels and hazardous substances, including asbestos, beryllium, carbon tetrachloride, cleaning solvents, and paints.
