Series Description: This series contains carbon copies of memoranda which were created to accompany materials sent from Rocky Flats to other Department of Energy facilities. The forms contain shipper and recipient addresses, material classification levels, freight codes, dates shipped, MBA [Material Balance Area] codes, container serial numbers and sizes, gross weights, item types and serial numbers, Department of Transportation permit numbers, radiation group numbers, radiation levels in curies, surface contamination levels in c/m or mrem/hr [counts per minute or millirems per hour], radiation levels at one meter away in mrem/hr, and authorization and receipt signatures.
