Series Description: This series consists of sample test results which appear to be testing various production metals (e.g., plutonium or uranium) or components for impurities prior to or during manufacturing operations. Each test report contains the technician's name and employee number; the type of test being conducted (e.g., fluorometry or spectroscopy); building where the test occurred; requisition number; "OD/Vol."; weight in grams or volume of the sample; parts per million/average; and amounts of various impurities, including silver, beryllium, calcium, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, iron, gallium, nickel, tantalum, tungsten, and zirconium, usually given in parts per million or percentages.
