Series Description: The Engineering Orders (EOs) were written by Rocky Flats product engineers to document changes in drawings and acceptance requirements for WR [War Reserve] and non-WR products. Each EO provides EO number; DJO [Development Job Order] number and suffix; program or unit type; document title; effective date; EO type (e.g., procedure, process card, special instructions, processing request, specifications or drawings, or "D/A" instruction release); a narrative description of the action to be taken; and authorizing signatures. Also included are requests for revisions to M-documents, listed on Request for Document Change forms, which are essentially EOs, but have the draft and final versions of documents attached and may be accompanied by drawings or diagrams. For related records, see Volume IV. Advance Change Orders (ACOs), 1968-1987; Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), 1963-1966, 1976-1980; and Engineering Order (EO) Logs, 1978-1979, 1983-1984.
