Series Description: The Project Completion Records are records for completed construction and engineering projects. The records concern the purchase, addition, or construction of machinery, equipment, buildings, and roads at Rocky Flats. Among the record types included are correspondence between project administrators and vendors, bids and proposals from prospective subcontractors, project history authorizations, budget calculations, field change orders and instructions, floor plans, labor estimates, project logs, specifications for machinery and parts, engineering job orders, design criteria, vendor manuals, weekly construction status reports, closeout reports, and photographs. Some files contain Project File Index Records Checklists, which are indexes to the records in the file.
