Among the records included in this series are worksheets noting employee facial measurements; employee identification photographs; Quantitative Respirator Man-Test Information Cards, which are short questionnaires concerning an employee's suitability for wearing respirators; and graphs of raw data indicating test results for various facial movements, including breathing, deep breathing, smiling, laughing, talking, frowning, and coughing. This series also includes memoranda and reports concerning testing procedures, the proper storage of respirator equipment, and the development of respirator training programs.
