Information in the records includes the dates and times of incidents; names of employees involved; buildings and equipment involved; immediate actions taken by supervisors; apparent causes of the incidents; and corrective actions taken to insure against similar incidents. Some of the reports also include photographs showing the extent of damage to equipment and estimates of repair costs. Accession Number H312 contains records which document fires and explosions in Building 771, 776, and 777; Accession Number 434-93-0080 (Box 591467) has a single folder of Critique Meeting Minutes relating to an incident which occurred in Building 371.
