These records establish baselines for uranium toxicity and exposure and furnish employee medical, surgical, smoking, drinking, and occupational histories. Employee information included in the records are name, address, social security number, weight, age, sex, race, blood pressure, chemical exposure level, work location, film badge readings, and urine and blood test results.
