Records provide employee name, payroll number, and room number; supervisor's name; and descriptions of injury, treatment, and disposition, including the number of days employees were absent on medical leave. Monthly Reports provide patient names, total number of patients treated, total number of visits, and total number of patients receiving ongoing medical treatment at the First Aid Station or from outside providers.
