Included are Union Carbide organizational charts for the Y-12 Plant; technical and engineering organizational charts; a computer-generated report of contaminants from the K-25 urinalysis file; minutes of Epidemiology Advisory Committee meetings; and progress reports for studies relating to occupational exposures. This series also includes information documenting chemical hazards at the Y-12 Plant from 1943 to 1947, notes concerning welders at Y-12 and K-25, and publications concerning lung radiation doses received by uranium-processing workers and mortality among welders. Mortality studies of workers exposed to metallic nickel and nickel oxides also comprise a part of this series, as does a list of report titles concerning occupational exposure.
