In 1956, J. E. Keeton purchased the lot from the City of Oak Ridge and the U.S. Government. Surveys detected small areas of low-level cesium-137 and cobalt-60 contamination. Locations of contamination, post-clean-up surveys, and a summary of all activities are discussed. Results are provided in microroentgens per hour (uR/h) and picocuries per gram (pCi/g). The report also includes maps, diagrams, and tables.
