This series consists of four main subseries. Subseries one consists of data used to prepare the Wellness Study databases. It includes information on participants' injuries, study members enrolled in a weight-loss clinic, and employees scheduled for stress tests; study participant and date-of-hire lists; a list of persons who completed qualifications testing; a >Mason and Hanger employee roster; and copies of health and fitness progress tests. The second subseries consists of materials related to database software and includes coding instructions, record definitions, and editing information. The third subseries consists of three computer-generated reports of study results, statistical analyses (generated with software from BMDP Statistical Software, Inc.), and conclusions.
