The reports list employee names, addresses, social security numbers, hire and termination dates, soundex numbers, sex, ethnic backgrounds, birthdates, and Z numbers. For those employees with an incidence of cancer, the records also list scores, New Mexico Tumor Registry (NMTR) account numbers, diagnosis dates, International Classification of Diseases (Oncology) codes, cancer site numbers, "MOT-NAC" types, current vital status, and causes of death. The files also include a printout of coding information used for linkage programs by the NMTR, dated July 1989. The program was originally written by the University of Michigan Tumor Registry.
