It consists of four main subseries. The first subseries consists of data used to prepare the injury study databases and includes information on library search results, a listing of accidental deaths at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and death certificates for Los Alamos and Zia Company workers. The second subseries contains materials related to the database software and includes coding instructions and data entry sheets for each injured employee. The third subseries consists of computer-generated data compilations and statistical analyses. Included in this subseries are computer-generated reports of injury deaths, reports of injury frequencies, Statistical Program for the Social Sciences database reports for Zia employees, and statistical analyses separated according to cause of death. The fourth subseries consists of reference material, working notes, reports, memoranda, study documentation, interim and final versions of the Los Alamos National Laboratory Injury Mortality Report, overhead projector transparencies, and mathematical tables.
