Microfilm maintained in the office are duplicates of the hard copy records stored in the records center. The records pertain to both active and terminated employees and include the following information: employee names and numbers, job titles, social security numbers, sex, hire and termination dates, birthdates, race, birthplaces, Z numbers, and card identification numbers. Also included is coded information for job title, clearance number, Los Alamos Health Physics, "RC," and Fire. Records also include the following fields under location of source (i.e., work location): Nevada Test Site, Pacific Test Site, AL, Los Alamos Area Office, Sandia Area Office, South Albuquerque Area Office, Rocky Flats Area Office, Kansas City Area Office, Dayton Area Office, Amarillo, Clarksville, San Antonio, Burlington, Buffalo Area Office, Pinellas Area Office, Los Angeles Area Office, and San Francisco Operations Office.
