Series Description: This series consists of statistical analyses concerning white male workers at Rocky Flats compiled for a paper published in the February 1987 edition of the American Journal of Epidemiology. The series includes analyses of the following: cancer deaths among white male workers correlated to radiation exposures of more than one rem for induction periods [time between exposure to radiation and cancer diagnosis] of two, five, and ten years; cancer occurrences in a five-year period times 1000 for Rocky Flats white male workers exposed to more than one rem for induction periods of two, five, and ten years; mortality rates for white male workers who were and those who were not exposed to radiation; thyroid cancer incidence among white male workers who were not exposed to plutonium and those who were exposed to plutonium radiation of more than two nanocuries for induction periods of two, five, and ten years; and cancer incidence after induction periods of two, five, and ten years for white male workers who were not exposed to plutonium as compared to those who had a burden of two or more nanocuries of plutonium.
