Hardware/Software: 1) DEC 6240 Minicomputer/DATATRIEVE database management system; 2) DEC 6240 Minicomputer/ASCII file format Originating Office: 1) LANL, Occupational Medicine Group, Epidemiology; 2) Savannah River Plant Disposition Authority: Unscheduled Files Description: Files in group 1) consist of DATATRIEVE databases containing raw data pertaining to employees at the Savannah River plant. The files fall into four categories: employee health physics, personnel, demographic, and composites of data entered by "H14 codes." Files in group 2) are data directories. The directory [SAVANNAH]HPAREH88 contains the health protection annual radiation exposure history file which was received by LANL from the Savannah River Plant in November 1987. Files in the directory are named HPAREHA.DAT through HPAREHS.DAT and represent a single dataset. The "file definition" [SAVANNAH.HPAREH88]HPAREH*.DAT encompasses all files in the [SAVANNAH.HPAREH88] directory, which are named HPAREHA.DAT through HPAREHS.DAT.
