Series Description: This series consists of logs that document the daily activities of two programmers. One log, dated 1979 to the present, consists of daily entries for data entry, edits, sorts, and runs completed. Also included are information about file structures, instructions for the use of data files, and documentation of field re-definitions. The entries relate primarily to data in the PSQ [Personnel Security Questionnaire], Zia, Pantex, Rocky Flats, Mound, and Los Alamos DATATRIEVE databases. Three other logs, dating from 1989, are maintained by the programmer responsible for updating and modifying data files in the Mound, Rocky Flats, and Los Alamos databases. Entries include printouts of file structures but relate primarily to data updates and changes. The log books may also include personal information pertaining to the programmers.
