Originating Office: LANL, Occupational Medicine Group, Epidemiology Disposition Authority: Unscheduled File Description: 1) This group of files is related to the Health Study of Los Alamos Plutonium Workers. No studies have been published using the file ANALY_HSWOCT93.DAT. The file UPPU.DAT is the most recent analysis file for the Health Study of Los Alamos Plutonium Workers. The analyses using this file were published in Health Physics 61 (August 1991): 181-190. This is the the Los Alamos females analysis file that was submitted to the Comprehensive Epidemiologic Data Resource in 1994. 2) This file was used for a Ph.D. thesis by an epidemiology staff member in 1987. 3) This is the analysis file for a study of LANL males which was published in 1994 by Health Physics. 4) The results of the Zia Company analysis using this file have not been published. 5) This group of computer files was used for the paper titled "Cancer Incidence and Mortality Among Plutonium and Other Radiation Workers," written by epidemiology staff members in 1982 and 1983. This work was presented at the International Symposium on the Biologic Effects of Low Level Radiation in 1983 and is published on pages 603-606 in the Symposium's Proceedings, issued by the International Atomic Energy Agency under publication number IAEA-SM-266/65. 6) These are the analysis files for the epidemiology staff paper, "Smoking Patterns Among Los Alamos National Laboratory Employees," published in June 1987 as LANL laboratory report LA-10650.
