Among the subjects addressed in the memoranda are the 1980 meeting of the Advisory Committee for the Hanford Environmental Health Foundation Project; the confidentiality and use of death certificates; the utilization of the Internal Revenue Service Form 941A for epidemiologic studies; and department of motor vehicles and Social Security Administration search returns. Also included are descriptions of the radiation exposure files and of computer tape contents, storage, access, and data confidentiality; memoranda concerning external exposure data and coding instructions; a Health Care Financing Administration submission; information for the Dosimetry Evaluation Book; a 1944 LANL organizational chart; and information from 24 LANL employee medical cards, which provide the employees' names, addresses, units, dates and places of birth, nationalities, and clearance status.
