Originating Office: Epidemiology and Biometry Group, PNL Disposition Authority: DOE (1988) 1.3 File Description: This master database file, created in 1991 and comprised of 697,271 records having a maximum of 975 characters each, contains demographic, work history, dosimetry, and vital status information for Hanford workers. Specific information includes employee names (last, first, middle initial), social security numbers, other names, birthdates, sex, race, initial and last recorded employment dates, occupational radiation exposure rates, payroll numbers, residences by state, postal zip codes, and places of death. Employee information, abstracted from contractor personnel, payroll, health physics, and occupational health department records, is current through 1991. After this date, all analysis files were created from this master file, which is updated on an irregular basis.
