Series Description: This series contains Internet messages between the Center for Epidemiologic Research (CER) and Pacific Northwest Laboratory (PNL) concerning demographic data on Rocky Flats, Oak Ridge, and Hanford employees. These records document efforts to coordinate employee data maintained by PNL with that generated by CER. Included is a computer-generated report that tracks the whereabouts of former Hanford employees. Data in this report include employee identification numbers, social security numbers, birthdates, sex, race, dates of hire and termination, last known vital status, and dates when vital status was last verified. Also included are requests from CER for birthdates of 34 employees and for the sex and/or race of two persons sharing the same identification numbers, as well as requests from PNL for CER numbers to be assigned to specified Hanford employees.
