Included are computer-generated reports with handwritten corrections. Information primarily consists of employee social security numbers, names, and birthdates. Also included is a report, titled Low Likelihood Linkages, which lists individuals with the same last names, but different identification numbers (i.e., social security or employee numbers). Data in this report include file numbers, employee numbers, social security numbers, birthdates, death dates, exposure information, and other vital statistics.
