  DESCRIPTION  This grouping consists of three bound volumes of 
               original correspondence documenting the 
               establishment and early operations of ORINS. Also 
               included are photographs,  press reports, and the 
               original ORINS letter contract. The compilation 
               was assembled  along with detailed written 
               commentary in observance of the tenth ORINS 
               anniversary. Note: these are official ORAU 
               records.
