  DESCRIPTION  The series contains seven files on the following 
               subjects: insurance code classifications for some 
               individual workers, a summary of health and 
               accident reports for the  site, and automobile 
               accident reports at Oak Ridge. This series 
               contains organization  and personnel monthly 
               status reports for the period June 1950 to October 
               1951.  Several of these reports have short 
               sections on insurance activities, which contain  
               claims and pending litigation against Oak Ridge 
               Operations Office for work-related  disabilities.
