  DESCRIPTION  The series consists of verbatim transcripts of the 
               proceedings of commission regular  meetings, 
               executive session meetings, and informal meetings. 
               The series was compiled by the AEC Secretary to 
               create a supplemental record of agency policy 
               decisions. The series contains verbatim 
               discussions of a wide range of subjects; for  
               example, the J.R. Oppenheimer security clearance 
               decision, the fallout controversy,  biomedical 
               programs, nuclear weapons programs, special 
               nuclear materials production programs, basic 
               research programs, civilian nuclear power 
               programs, regulatory  programs, and Atoms for 
               Peace programs. The series consists entirely of 
               transcripts  arranged in chronological order.
