  DESCRIPTION  This record series functions as record of 
               accomplishments, and provides background

               the Laboratory. It is used for reference, 
               documentation and tracking activities and consists 
               of budget files, personnel  awards, contracts, 
               reviews, logs, correspondence, memorandums, 
               photographs,  travel files, and videos. Includes 
               are mail logs, UC Contract 48, incoming and 
               outgoing DOE and UC correspondence, and UC Regents 
               Meeting Minutes.
