DESCRIPTION 
The series documents the activities of the Hanford Chemical Processing Department 
which produced various chemical and physical forms of plutonium, manufactured 
weapons components, and produced various isotopes. It includes materials on environmental 
impact statements, US AEC Material Status Reports, loan of materials to 
institutions, nuclear material transfers, leasing policies, waste management practices. 
Within the series there is a sub-series regarding grants and loans of plutonium which 
was overseen by P.A. Craig, Supply Coordinator. The series consists of letters,
