DESCRIPTION 
These are records stored in the Center for Human Radiobiology archives that are not 
covered by the other records series descriptions. They include miscellaneous 
administrative and scientific records: for example, two 1944 notebooks from the Metallurgical 
Laboratory provide log sheets of information on occupational radiation exposure and 
data on personnel measurements made such as blood samples drawn from the employees to 
monitor blood reactions to the radiation environment. The records also 
include extensive information on a study of lung cancer mortality in the state of 
Pennsylvania, carried out by the Center in the late 1980s for the Department of Energy.
